Your wedding photos are an investment. It’s not just one day, it’s months of planning and consulting before hand, and weeks of editing afterwards to create memories that not only you will enjoy, but your friends and family for generations to come.
The Process
1. Help and Support
Once you’ve booked us to share your day with you, we don’t just walk away. Help, support and advice is available throughout planning your wedding.
With over 15 years of wedding photography experience, we’ve learnt a thing or two and are happy to pass that knowledge on to you. So, if you want to know the best way to do a reveal to your dad, or are debating wether to do sparkler photos, just drop us a message and we can discuss things based on your day: the venue, the time of year, timings, etc.
2. Consultation
Let’s face it, for most people this is the biggest and most nerve wracking day of your life, so let’s eliminate as many of those worries as we can.
Normally, these consults are done during your pre wedding shoot, and if it is not included in your package, I highly recommend adding it, especially if you don’t feel comfortable in front of the camera. This allows you to get used to having your photos without the pressure of your guests and time constraints. You can discover what you like and don’t like, what photos work for you, and we can answer any questions you may have.
However, if life is too hectic you cannot fit a shoot in, we can always video chat and get to know each other that way.
3. The Wedding Day
We know all your plans, now, it’s time for you make memories that will last a life time!
We want your wedding day to be enjoyable, not stressful. We will advise you on the things you may still be unsure of, allow you time to soak everything in, and be that comforting presence should you feel overwhelmed.
Remember, it's your day. If you would rather do shots at the bar than do evening photos, we will capture your expression while you down tequila. Create the wedding you want to look back on. We will ask you at every stage what you fancy doing and will never get offended if you change your mind.
So, eat, drink, and leave the photos up to us.
4. Post Processing
A small selection of images will be sent to you shortly after the wedding so you can create thank you cards or update your social media. Everyone loves a 'We did it!' post.
After that, we aim to have your online gallery complete in about 3 - 4 weeks. These are password protected so you can share the link with your friends and families, and as soon as you're ready, we can start the wedding album process together, (if included in your package).

Booking with us.
Each of our packages can be tailored to your needs so please do not hesitate to get in touch. You can even arrange to meet us to view examples of our work and talk through details for your event.
To secure wedding photography for your date, we require a non-refundable booking fee of £200.00.
(An additional non-refundable booking fee of £300.00 is required to secure videography)
Once the booking fee is received, we will ask you to complete a booking form and sign our Terms & Conditions.
(Please note that all Terms & Conditions are available to view on the relevant websites in advance of booking so are applicable from the time booking fees are received regardless of whether they are signed or not).
During the run up to your big day we will then ask you to complete a more detailed wedding form, confirming times, locations, and photorequests and arrange any pre shoots (if included in your package).
The remaining balance is then due one month before your event (6 weeks before for the Photo/Video package).
